Has ne1 but me been ripped off by Authorhouse/Solutions? They say author gets 50% royalties. etc?

on the form I see it shows book sales doesn’t include those from Amazon and Barnes and Nobles ect or other book sellers, but they have to be having sales from my book, I see them selling them all the time, yet I don’t profit. I’ve complained to the BBB and they don’t do anything. How long can this go on? I’m making $2.70 every three months off my book. I know I make more, it’s history and genealogy of a town. what’s wrong with this picture?

One piece of advice:

Never self-publish. They’re all major rip-offs
