How do I find my or my family genealogy civil registration?

Trying to find the original document in the history of my mother's marriage family or pedigree. Not sure where to start, but I wanted to know is, is there a way to do that is not the Internet? Thanks

Genealogy / ancestors finding has been around for hundreds of years. The team has developed for common use, less than 30 years. That should tell a story. Genealogy is the search for records. The computer / Internet makes it easier .. But absolutely, it can be done offline. Also remember .. history family consists of the records. They do not come prepackaged, either .. or if they are family trees on the Internet .. You still do not always know if they are correct. http://rwguide.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ A guide to the process (shhh. I will not say that now this line.)
