I need help finding a company that traces the roots of the family ..?

I was at Ft Benning, GA and bought a tracer of genealogy. They said they would trace the roots of his family to where u come, and history of your name. are now taking money from my account and I can not find the place. my states bank account say they are "family roots # 103 New York, New York" ..
