genealogy question ‘ help’?

I have been trying to research my family tree for a project at my university, i have found some relatives but have had no luck on any of the sites as I am looking in Spain, I was born there and my ancestor are form there. my grandfather worked for the parliament yet I can access any vital records to go further than my grand father. How can I access vital records for spain.
