I have people ask me all the time, "What is all I can do to help my church grow fast! (To save souls and win the harvest, course … if you're trying to look good on a report or resume … renounce the growth of a church … God will not bless her)? "I tell them:" Find the best shepherd of children can and give them the most money in the budget! "Most pastors I look like I was crazy, but true. We must find ways to get these kids early, spread the word instilled in them which can not leave her, even if they want! This is also the fastest way to grow your youth group. Think about this: every year around August, youth groups lose a significant number of children going to college, but they are getting new children coming from the church of children.

Want to win young families and young couples? They have events for children … can not drive themselves! Parents have to come. You may even win the neighbors and grandparents when they come to see plays and musicals.

We could learn something from McDonalds. PlayPlace put in front of their buildings, but sell hamburgers … no sense! What happens when children drive by … "Mom, let's eat there!"

Just a thought … wonder what OUR happen if we play in a place that everyone who walked by could see them? Get in the building, then teach them the way to heaven …
