The genealogy of Jesus in the Bible?

This is a question for Christians. The two times that the genealogy of Jesus through online Joseph's family is mentioned (Matthew 1:6-16 and Luke 3:21-31) Why gives two completely different groups of ancestors? Of the 43 generations listed only four names are even on both lists. I am an atheist, but I'd like to see the Christian explanation. @ Q & A Queen: If Mary's family then nothing matters Why do you think was in the first place? And what other parts of the Bible do you think are recorded badly? Besides the fact that both say clearly that it is the genealogy of the family line of Joseph.

Since the NT was written primarily to the most probable is that any fact genealogy.
