What should I call myself?

I've been going through some old records of my grandparents recently and almost all tracks of my genealogy back to the 1700s. Apparently, I am 25% of Scotland in a way that is easy to remember. However, the remaining 75% of my ancestors came from 1. Bavaria. 2. Austria. 3. Northern Italy. 4. Hungary. But to anyone familiar with a map of Europe, these nations are concentrated in bascially the same area in central Europe. That said, I have no idea what I call myself when people ask me my inheritance. I want it simple, but also to include all those places I mentioned. I would say Germanic, but I fear that Hungary is too far for this (especially when my ancestors came anyway) and the Hungarian is in fact most that part of my heritage. Any help to call the same? Gracias.-The Finger
