Who says that the franchise can not work in a small Third World country or in an economically depressed nation where people only do one or two dollars a day? I believe that franchise systems may work on these locations whether in Asia, the Middle East, former Soviet nations, Indonesia, Latin America, the Caribbean or Africa. You see, there are all kinds of micro investment – is in these countries to help people start their own businesses.
Franchising how the system works best to promote this type of small businesses. With a simple proven system and the entry of microcredit, people can be configured with small businesses that can fend for themselves and their families. For example, consider the business of moving people from place to place in rickshaws? Each of these devices can transport be purchased by a couple hundred dollars, but someone who makes only $ 1 – $ 2 a day and spends most of that money on food, never be able to save what required to purchase the unit in the first place.
However, if given a route, and a loan to buy a rickshaw, and are supported by someone who understands the business as a franchisor, who in turn receives a small percentage of revenues (royalties) and then tens of thousands of these people can set up throughout the country, any country or any third world country to do this. Micro-franchise with microcredit to micro economic level of the Third World, it is entirely possible. Should do more of that, and the gradual decrease of a business system that has been shown in different circumstances and so many places around the world.
My argument is that franchisees can solve Third World economic issues, regardless of culture, religion, race, or the structure of government. Is capitalism free market at its best, at ground level and is positive proof that free market systems can make a difference through franchises. Let's all the find out how we can make the world a backup to a higher level. Please consider this.
