What should I do to locate Starr Goble in Skyler Falls, NY?

I am looking for a lady in my husband’s family named Starr Goble. As far as I know she is still a Goble (although her husband is deceased). She lives/lived in Skyler Falls, NY. I am new to genealogy and have no idea where to start to find her. I have done some searches on the internet but found nothing. I would like to contact her and if anyone has any tips on how to go about this I would greatly appreciate it.
