Are you a Genealogy lover who lives in the UK?
I am getting a project underway this year to make genealogy information free to anybody searching online. I need volunteers in ANY area of the UK who would be willing to help me in a project to catalogue old graveyards. This is purely a voluntary venture would you help me by sparing a few hours of your time when you can? I can be emailed via YA if you are interested. You don’t need any experience just the ability to use a pen or pencil. It does’nt matter if you can only spare an hour or two now and again. Every minute would be precious to me and I would be extremely grateful.

I checked, loads happening in the USA but little information like I plan to put together available on their site…. if being honest didn’t find any at least not in the part of the country I live. I am not bothered what is happening worldwide, I am keen to get the info online asap for here our little island.
Cool idea.. but you may be reinventing the wheel.
The genweb project (world wide) already has a network of volunteers for free information. Might be good to see what is already going on, and join in.
