Genealogy United States

Ricardo Villalobos, born in the Philippines in 1881 and died in Seattle in 1970. Someone knows more about him?
I am researching his genealogy a friend of mine. I was struggling to find his obituary in the newspaper microfilm because I do not know the exact date of his death. Does anyone know this or where I can go to find out. He does not appear in the Social Security Death Index, or RootsWeb or ancestry.com. Google search usually brings things about a Mexican singer unrelated same name. Is there a (preferably free) where I can access the census records that the U.S. had in the Philippines while still in a colony American? I have tried the National Archives in Washington State. They have everything else including the Panama Canal Zone, but for some reason they do not have the Philippines although it was a U.S. territory then and there were at least three censuses conducted by the U.S. in 1900. Ancestry.com has no census of the Philippines not, and can not find anywhere else. Anybody know where I can find?
Maybe yes, maybe no … You really do not have much to be sure to follow! I found this in the SSDI Born Died May 15, 1882 Washington St. in February 1969 Name: Mike Lobos unless you have something closer! I can "believe that this kind worked in this country for many years without a SS card
