Genealogy in Salamanca, Guanajuato, Hacienda de Mendoza?

I found birth and marriage records for my mexican ancestors and they were listed as being from Hacienda de Mendoza, Salamanca, Guanajuato, Mexico. ANyone know what Hacienda de Mendoza is, or what it refers to? Can’t find anything about it online.
