Windows Vista and Dell All-in-One A920?

I have a dell all-in-one A920, it will not work with my laptop that has Vista on it…I was able to upload the driver to get it to print from the internet and microsoft word, however I can’t get the copy/scan function work.

is there a driver I can upload to get it to work? i’m planning on visiting a relative for some genealogy reaseard tomorrow and would like to have my scanner working so i can scan the documents she has.

any help would be awesome!

Go to Dell’s website and download the Manual. This will explain all the function and instructions.
