genealogy translation help: please translate this short piece from Dutch to English?
It is information from the death record of my ancestor Andrea Louis Allis who died in 1945 in Amersfoot, Netherlands (the info is found at this link http://www.genlias.nl/nl/searchDetail.jsp?val=22&xtr=19860988&vgr=1)

I tried translating the above through google translator but with no success, because many of the words had been shortened/abbreviated.
So the full text says:
“Past away somewhere else; place of birth: Amsterdam; 50 years old; divorced wife of Peter Hagenbreuk; profession passed away: without profession; profession father: no profession; profession mother: no profession.”
