Where can I find Ohio poll taxes from the 1800′s?

I’m trying to find poll taxes for Knox, Coshocton, Highland, and Licking counties in Ohio for genealogy purposes. The range of years I’m searching for are 1800-1860, if they existed that far into the century.

I would ask at the Ohio State Library…there should be one in the Capital…after that start calling on the Congress/Senatorial buildings for the state for the answer. Check their websites as well.
