How do I start a family / genealogy search?
I really feel like a big part of my family is away, and I really want take my whole family again. If I could list some sites that would be good
Start by getting information about their relatives who have died or were born at least 75 to 80 years. Most records are available online before 1930, with the exception of some death records. The details that you need are the names (include names on average, the maiden names), dates (or approx.year) of birth, death and marriage, and the places where they occurred these events. Military, immigration, and church / religion infromation would be helpful. Ancestry.com is, there is a cost, but it is definitely worth it. They have almost everything you need in one website.
